Oh la à tous !

Not up to blogging every day like I’m use to. That because : I’m making new products and working on the development of my website which is taking time because I have to do this in between my clients. Yup I’m a graphic and web designer by day. So you might see on the home page of the website will be up in June 2008 well it kind of been push forward that date…. ( One again as they say here in France )

Any who I wanted to talk about my buys on ETSY.  I buy only from other entrepreneur and Handmade goods. To keep the community going and hey there is alot of cute and unique items out there. Better than buying from a big store that products in the mass without creativity and looking like a clone !

The loi sur la Modernisation de l’Economie has been passed, meaning a lot of simplifications for entrepreneurs and individuals wishing to provide consulting services or do commerce on a small scale in France.

This come to some good news for Artistes, Designer, Graphic designer, Jewelry maker who made have found it hard before to start a company and be en réglé regarding the law in France.

Now students, employees, retired individuals and the unemployed to perform business services or engage in commerce without creating a company, as long as it remains on a small scale.

They will not be charged social security charges until they earn revenue…

Plus they are not subject to the TVA.  Can not make more that 80,000 for commerce and 32,000 for services.

Whats left to do if you live in France and you have all your paper in order.
