Pass Friday 29 mai 09. I participated in my first Swap / eco-swishing in France. It was so much fun and entertaining!!!! 15 girls-woman, never met before, meet up in a lovely cafe, drink, cake & we swish-swap our clothing. Can’t wait until the next soirée eco swishing  this is an event not to miss !

I had to blog about this after seeing the video of Tyra show on What is good hair ? and preview of Chris Rock upcoming film Good Hair on Hair cultures.

Imagine when you don’t get the support of your mother nor friends. How do you over come this type of brainwashing and teach the older and young woman of colour that is OK to be Natural and to accept yourself for who you are ????

Book : 24h d’eco-gestes à la maison got this because there is still lots of things that I need to learn about & practice in my consummation, environment, product, home etc… Votre créateur éco et éthique.

I love brocante ! I found today a butter dish, plus ballet painting.

For those who don’t know I danced classical ballets until I was 24 yrs old.

Book : Un corps de rêve en 15 mn par jour . I do about 20 mins a day of pliates and have abs that I’m proud of but at time I don’t like to sitting front of my computer working out to a dvd. I prefer to look up at the sky listen to sound around me while I excersie so looking through this book it has easy routine that you can remeber for only 15mn.

The best for last ! 2 leaves from a tree near my house. I love texture and color ! These leaves are dry up and hard hummm maybe I can make a neacklace, or add to a painting etc… will see..
